How To Get Thin Arms With Motivation

By Katherine Crawford M.S.

Figuring out how to get thin arms will not happen overnight. While there are certain approaches that are more effective than others, you will still have to put forth some degree of effort over a period of time.

Most women, however, are not able to stay on track for the long haul.

You see, it's easy to start working towards a goal with oodles of motivation, but as time goes by that motivation begins to fade. Eventually, some women simply abandon their thin arm goal altogether.

Therefore, here are some tips to stay motivated in the long haul when learning how to get thin arms:

1. Exercise your motivation muscle daily. Some women like to meditate, some like to use affirmations, and some like to write down their positive thoughts. Regardless of the approach, the key is to have a daily routine of mental strengthening. Just as you should be eating clean and exercising on a regular basis.

2. Don't become reliant on superficial strategies. Many women simply listen to a motivational speech and expect to have oodles of endless willpower. Most times, however, the aftereffects last days. If you really want to maintain lasting motivation, you have to attack your complex thought processes at the root level.

3. Keep a log. There will come a point when negative thoughts begin to pop up into your head when learning how to get thin arms. There is no way around this. The best approach here is to keep a log of them. Then you can dissect them later on.

4. Do a before and after for activities. 99.99% of the time you will overestimate how hard something is whether it be preparing a healthy meal or exercising in the gym. One solution here is to write down how hard you think something will be and then write down how hard it actually was. You will be surprised by the results.

Unfortunately, no matter how well you are at motivating yourself, you will fail. The key here is to get right back up as soon as possible. In other words, speed of resiliency is the name of the game. The most successful women that figure out how to get thin arms have the fastest speeds of resiliency. - 32369

The Flabby Arms Will Go Away If You Ditch The Sugar

By Katherine Crawford M.S.

Some people believe that sugar addictions are not real. However, recent research has shown that sugar has drug-like effects on the brain. And anything drug-like is probably not good for your flabby arm mission.

Even worse, sugars elevates insulin which is a hormone that regulates arm fat loss. So if you have high levels of insulin, the flabby arms will never go away no matter what you do.

Hence, it is imperative that you win the war on sugar to finally get slim and sexy arms that are no longer flabby.

Here are some tips on how to do it:

1. Get ready for the shock. Just knowing that your body will crave sugar once you transition away from it gives you an edge. Mentally prepare for the urges and you will have a better chance of winning.

2. Stabilize levels of blood sugar. Once levels of blood sugar plummet, your body will send you on a sugar scavenging hunt. After a certain point, it will be nearly impossible to resist the cravings. So never let yourself go hungry if you want to get rid of those flabby arms.

3. Trick your nervous system. Your nervous system can only take in so much information at once. If you overload it with information, your sugar cravings will get blocked out. I recommend activities that require a lot of attention.

4. Have some artificial sugar. Chemistry can often give us very useful tools. In this case, artificial sweeteners can really help you beat a sugar addiction. You get all the flavor without any calories or insulin spikes. Just be careful, though, because the science is unclear about whether sweeteners are safe.

5. Have loose leaf teas. Yerba mate is your best bet here. This tea is so powerful that it can knock out your cravings for an entire day. The only catch here is that you may have some trouble sleeping. Make sure you have the loose leaf version.

I will be honest, overcoming a sugar addiction is not easy by any stretch of the imagination. But if you really want to get rid of flabby arms, it behooves you to attack this problem head on. Once you overcome the addiction, getting toned arm will be that much easier. - 32369
